Home Learning Week 5

Mid Term Reflection
- Your task this week is to think very carefully about how you are going in school at the moment. What are you finding challenging? What are you enjoying? What are the things you need to work on?
Write a comment that includes an explanation of all of these things.

    I am finding it challenging keeping my handwriting neat when i use pen because i am still getting use to it. I am enjoying poems during my writing and I am getting them finished on time. I need to work on my 3, 4 and 7 times tables and my division so i can get faster. By Charlotte

    Hi I'm Jayden. I think what's challenging is remembering what I need to do.I enjoy Maths and Publishing. I am working on MATHEMATICS KEY STAGE 3 AGES 11-14.I am learning RATIO and PERCENTAGES equaling into different kinds.

    I'm finding maths challenging cos we have to takeaway numbers from thousands and go online to find things to spend our money on I'm enjoying spelling because I'm in the top group and we get fun activities to do. I think I need to work on getting my work done on time because I'm not that efficient.

    Hi I'm Emma. I am finding it challenging to do all my home learning each night because I have lots on after school. I enjoy doing my maths I enjoy this because we get a budget and to online and write down what we would buy. I need to work on getting all my work done on time so we do not have to stay in at lunch if I'm behind I like to stay in at lunch

    I'm finding keeping my handwriting tidy in my book well trying to slope my letters is a challenge because I have only started sloping my letters . I enjoy sharing at Marama assembly because I like sharing my work with other people. I also enjoy having math in the morning because I'm learning more about my times table. I need to work on presenting my work nicely and faster . This is how I think my learning is heading at school. By Emily

    What Im finding challenging is that when my reading group is on blog I normlly don't get it finished.
    What I'm enjoying is the Tonga box Kete activitie.
    What I need to work on is my presentation in my publishing or visual language.

    I'm madie and my Challenge is to not say in the classroom and do my work at lunch and morning tea.
    I am enjoying my topic and what I value is part of topic because I basically value everything.
    I'm getting better at writing in pen but sometimes I write in pencil to make sure I write nice and neat.

    1. I find maths challenging because subtracting fractions is difficult.
    2. I like writing because I like to use descriptive language, show not "tell", and alll the others.
    3. I need to work on my slope in handwriting and in all my books.

    I find my spelling very challenging and my writing because sometimes I can get stuck on my writing because I have to find the spelling for a word and it takes up all my time. I find this frustrating. But I think Steps with Tina is really helping.
    I like math because it's cool and when it gets hard, that is the best thing because it tests my brain and my skills at math.
    I need to work on my full stops and capital letters. I need to work on my handwriting neatness because I am a Year 6 now.

    I am finding writing challenging because I need not rush and take my time. I also need to stay focused and not skip letters out of words. I also need to improve on putting capital letters on sentences. this is what I really need to improve on.

    I am enjoying maths because it is my favorite subject and it is also my best subject I really enjoy working out the equations . this is why I really enjoy maths.

    I find maths challenging because we had to go to stores website and round and subtract money.I am enjoying publishing because we get to do pictures in our border.I need to work on tidy handwriting.By Myanna.

    I think that my writing is a bit hard because I can't often think of good idea's when doing planing in my jottings book.
    I think maths is my favourite subject because it gives you knowledge about sums and can be fun in certain ways.
    The thing I want to work on is my 8 and 4 times tables.

    What I am finding challenging is homework I am not used to getting this much homework especially the blog but I am trying hard to get it in on time .What I am enjoying is how each morning we say good morning in different languages the best thing about that is we get to choose the languages . What I want to work on is sloping every time I write with anything.

    What I am enjoying is doing what we are doing for p.e by catching the ball and throwing it which is good for your body. I need work handwriting by making it small tidy and neat. I am finding maths challenging by rounding numbers to the nearest 100-1000.

    I am finding it a challenge to keep up on work because I have to do other work when everyone is doing other work.What I'm enjoying maths because I learnt to do place value very easily.I need to work on my handwriting to keep it on the line and slope it to make look tidier.

    I find maths challenging because I don't know my times tables that easily. I like P.E because it is different to what I've ever really done before. I need to work on my sloping more often in most of my books while having it tidy at the same time. By Ella

    i find writing challenging because it is hard to find where to put ALL of the capital letters and full stops
    i like ART because i love making portraits,posters and publishing i need to work on my sloping because it is difficult to to do C,S and a lot more . by jaimee
